SAP EAM Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a bilingual (French and English) SAP EAM Senior Associate in its advisory business application consulting practice. The consultant works with clients to optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing SAP solutions and providing training and support. The role leads or assists client engagements in the SAP EAM product suite, including technical development and off-shore development resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or assist client engagements in SAP EAM, including technical development and managing off-shore development resources.
• Develop, design, implement and support complex asset management and maintenance business processes in an SAP environment.
• Design, build, test and deploy SAP EAM technical solutions, with emphasis on RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms).
• Run client workshops to refine business requirements and propose workaround solutions for gaps.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions across modules such as EAM, FICO, PM, MM, SD, PS and SCM.
• Analyse proposals, build recommendations and use data and stakeholder views to support decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of SAP EAM, with proven consulting, design, implementation and leadership experience on larger projects or medium-sized engagements.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA EAM and maintenance sub-modules.
• At least three full SAP EAM project life cycles, with knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules.
• Ability to translate technical information into business language and vice versa.
• Experience leading discussions with senior management and facilitating workshops.
• Fluency in English and French, as English-speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders must be supported.

What we offer

• Salary range of $84,700 - $134,700, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
