Sales & Stock Support – Flagship Boutique

About the role

Join Chanel’s Heart of House team as a Sales & Stock Support professional at the flagship boutique in Yorkville. You will provide essential administrative and back‑of‑house assistance while upholding Chanel’s standards of customer service, presentation, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships in‑person and by phone, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Deliver high‑level customer service to colleagues, boutique management, and head office.
• Assist on the shop floor, welcome clients, present collections, and escort clients as needed.
• Prepare packaging, gift‑wrap parcels, and accurately document messages for Fashion Advisors.
• Manage inventory tasks including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and after‑sales processes.
• Maintain clean and organized back‑office areas, cash and wrap stations.
• Ensure confidentiality of commercial activities and internal affairs.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
