Sales Service Cashier

About the role

The Sales Service (Cashier) position is primarily responsible for processing sales transactions, handling general inquiries, general housekeeping, and other related customer service duties. This role supports London Drugs’ mission to provide a superior shopping experience every day.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide courteous service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Operate cash registers, scan items, and bag purchases efficiently.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while upholding quality service standards.

Required profile

• Strong social skills: courteous, sincere, articulate, and well‑groomed.
• High tolerance and a positive, helpful attitude when interacting with the public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Mondays to Sundays.
