Sales Representative – Quebec (Full‑Time)

About the role

Geroquip is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive commercial growth across the province of Quebec. You will act as a strategic partner to construction and industrial clients, delivering tailored technical solutions and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an existing and new customer portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Advise clients on technical solutions that meet their project needs.
• Maintain a strong field presence on job sites and customer locations.
• Coordinate training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical follow‑ups.
• Build long‑term relationships based on trust and performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal service, logistics, and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or industrial markets.
• Proven track record in prospecting and market development.
• Strong ability to build long‑term business relationships.
• High level of autonomy, organization, and professional judgment.
• Advanced French and functional English; bilingual preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Experience using Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for sales tracking.
