Sales Representative – AI‑Powered B2B Office Supplies

About the role

JAM+ is expanding its AI‑driven outbound strategy for office and business supplies. As a Sales Representative you will own a book of business, develop new B2B relationships, and help build the AI‑powered systems that generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with B2B buyers across office supply, print, packaging and related verticals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set revenue targets and own your quota.
• Operate Apollo.io sequences, targeting, list strategy, inbox management and deliverability.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to personalize outreach at scale.
• Apply lead scoring, segmentation and ICP criteria for core product lines.
• Track, measure and iterate on open rates, reply rates, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Stay current on AI sales tools and recommend new technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, wholesale, print, packaging or office products.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and closing deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent written communication for high‑impact sales sequences.

Required skills

• Outbound sales platforms such as Apollo.io, Outreach, Instantly or Clay.
• AI generation tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity for research and sequencing.
• CRM administration and pipeline reporting in HubSpot or Salesforce.
