About the role

Join Labatt Brewing Company as a Sales and Merchandising Representative in Halifax. This entry‑level, full‑time role offers a pathway to become a Sales Representative while supporting customer promotions and brand experiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build product and marketing displays and support events such as concerts, festivals, and launch parties.
• Maintain and improve merchandising tools and promotional materials across sales channels.
• Execute regional sales and marketing activations and run brand experience promotions.
• Create route‑to‑market plans for restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Labatt’s network of customers, conducting in‑person sales calls.
• Accountable for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and effective service.

Required profile

• Full, unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Post‑secondary education.
• Availability to work full‑time on a flexible schedule.
• Passion for building relationships and learning sales from the ground up.
• Self‑motivated, assertive, with strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, merchandising, hospitality or sales is an asset.
