Sales Development Manager (Relief, Hourly)

About the role

The Sales Development Manager (Relief, Hourly) will act as a field sales representative for Coke Canada Bottling in the Trois‑Rivières area. You will identify and develop sales opportunities across grocery, convenience, restaurant and other on‑premise channels, delivering profitable growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit by executing customer promotional plans, displays and equipment placements.
• Implement channel and customer promotions aligned with national brand strategies.
• Manage time and territory to maximize face‑to‑face selling opportunities.
• Provide high‑level customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales execution teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.
• Build or modify displays, end caps, racks and coolers according to company standards.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support growth objectives.
• Lift, carry and position products up to 50 lb (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Fluent in French.
• Physically able to handle product lifting requirements.
