Sales Coordinator – Vehicle Inventory & Content

About the role

The Sales Coordinator at Surrey Honda supports the sales department by managing used‑vehicle inventory, creating multimedia content, and coordinating reconditioning processes to ensure vehicles are presented effectively online and on the showroom floor.

Key responsibilities

• Check in used cars from auction and document any damage or defects.
• Coordinate the flow of used vehicles from inventory intake to online listing, including photography and video creation.
• Create video walk‑arounds, how‑to clips and promotional content for the dealership’s website, YouTube channel and social media.
• Produce photographic content for internal and external channels and upload all media to the appropriate platforms.
• Work with the Sales Manager and Service Managers to ensure cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership’s computer systems and follow safety policies.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience in a similar sales coordination or automotive content role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a good driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their marketing functions.
• Video development skills including basic editing, camera operation and script creation.
