Sales Consultant – B2B Uniform & Facility Services

About the role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for acquiring new B2B clients for linen, workwear, industrial uniforms and facility services within an assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborating closely with the General Manager, the role combines prospecting, relationship building, and product promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and secure new clients through cold‑calling, lead qualification and proposal presentation.
• Promote and sell all approved product lines, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate sales records, complete new‑client paperwork, and manage the sales funnel.
• Participate in promotions, contests, meetings, training sessions and trade shows.
• Follow company sales policies, pricing guidelines and installation procedures.
• Present a professional image, educate customers, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Monitor competitive activity and report findings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time‑management and ability to follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or hunting/prospecting experience.
• Safety‑sensitive role; drug testing and background check required.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
