Sales Associate – Vancouver

About the role

Join Sleep Country’s retail team in Vancouver and become a trusted Sleep Expert who helps customers find the right sleep solutions. You will work in a dynamic store environment, delivering excellent service while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs, promote quality products and service offerings.
• Maintain visual appeal of the store through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

Required profile

• Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently.
• Ambitious mindset committed to continuous education and learning.
• Ideally 1‑3 years experience in sales, retail or customer service (not mandatory).
