Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team in Edmonton. You will provide exceptional customer service, help shoppers find the right products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit cards.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays tidy.
• Utilize upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively across multiple tasks, including assisting customers, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Answer phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or technology sales (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are encouraged.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
