About the role

Join Ardene’s vibrant Winnipeg store as a part‑time Sales Associate. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them discover the latest fashion trends, and ensures a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer, providing knowledgeable product advice.
• Stay current on sales promotions and seasonal offers.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness.
• Replenish stock, monitor floor inventory, and process incoming shipments.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process purchases.
• Follow all company policies and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
