About the role
Join the loudest store in the mall as a Sales Associate, helping music and pop‑culture fans find the merch they love. This part‑time role focuses on delivering an outstanding in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience, using product knowledge to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with planogram changes.
- Operate the register, process transactions and promote add‑on sales such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
- Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience and a passion for music and pop culture.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Strong customer‑service and sales abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
