Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide extraordinary customer service and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and personalized styling recommendations.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor seminars to stay current on brand offerings.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Adhere to health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Strong fashion sense with knowledge of current and emerging trends.
