About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Winnipeg store, helping customers choose the right wireless and residential products. You will deliver personalized solutions and ensure every interaction builds loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored product recommendations and support to customers.
• Stay current on devices, networks, promotions and industry trends.
• Create exceptional in‑store experiences that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while adapting to business needs.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for solving problems.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Goal‑driven, flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Team player who shares knowledge and enjoys friendly competition.
• 1‑2 years proven success in a customer‑facing sales role.

Required skills

• Base salary $45,000–$70,000 CAD plus uncapped commissions.
