About the role

Join Ardene’s vibrant retail team as a Sales Associate. You’ll be the face of the store, delivering friendly service and helping customers discover the latest fashion trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance through merchandising, cleanliness, and visual displays.
• Replenish stock, monitor floor inventory, and process incoming shipments.
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Follow all company policies and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong selling and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
