About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through commission‑based performance.

• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proficiency in using multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
