Sales Associate – Central Market

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Central Market store in Montreal. You will help customers find the right sleep solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our product range.
• Maintain a visually appealing store through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing and completing inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed sales goals.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious mindset and willingness to pursue continuous learning.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical‑thinking ability to solve problems independently.
