About the role
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support Hampton Inn Calgary Airport North by planning and executing promotional events, developing communication strategies, and assisting with sales initiatives. This role blends creative marketing work with operational coordination to enhance the hotel's visibility and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
- Create, evaluate, and refine communication and marketing strategies.
- Supervise and train staff involved in marketing activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to campaigns and events.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard staff for marketing functions.
- Advise internal teams on advertising and sales‑promotion tactics.
- Conduct analytical marketing studies and develop promotional materials.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
