Sales Advisor – Retail Fashion

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of H&M, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. You will combine fashion knowledge with strong service skills to guide shoppers, promote our products and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
• Provide fashion and product information, suggest outfits and promote the Hello Member loyalty app.
• Drive sales by actively engaging customers and meeting store targets.
• Handle garment refill, steaming, fitting‑room and checkout operations following best practices.
• Maintain visual standards, replenish stock and ensure tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Support sustainability initiatives and in‑store tech services such as Click & Collect.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and adhere to health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with willingness to share knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with In‑store technology tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Basic POS operation and cash handling.
• Knowledge of garment care and visual merchandising standards.
