RPA Platform Administrator (UiPath & WorkFusion)

About the role

The RPA Platform Administrator will ensure the smooth operation, security, and performance of UiPath and WorkFusion automation platforms across development, testing, and production environments. This hybrid role works closely with automation developers, infrastructure, security, and business teams in a regulated BFSI setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Automation Hub, and WorkFusion Control Tower.
• Manage bot deployments, scheduling, security access, and platform upgrades.
• Implement disaster recovery, incident management, and change control processes.
• Provide platform troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain high bot availability and compliance.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in UiPath and/or WorkFusion platform administration.
• Experience in a highly regulated BFSI environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications (UiPath, WorkFusion, ITIL, Azure/Windows) are a plus.
