Room Attendant / Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Join the Crescent Hotels & Resorts housekeeping team as a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Supervisor. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless while leading a crew of associates to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry activities, providing direction and support to team members.
• Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, beds, furniture, fixtures, and floors using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
• Inspect rooms continuously to verify compliance with cleanliness standards and safety policies.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Keen eye for detail and appreciation for immaculate guest environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
