Roofing Service Account Manager

About the role

The Roofing Service Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, driving sales and building long‑term partnerships within the construction and service sector. This client‑facing role blends relationship management with business development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively generate new business through networking, site visits and presentations.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals and service solutions.
• Review drawings, blueprints and specifications to recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Follow up on quotes, tenders and opportunities to close business.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts.
• Support light project management and coordination of service work.
• Manage a flexible schedule to support ongoing relationship‑building and business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales mindset with a drive to meet targets.
• Customer‑focused with high responsiveness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications.
