About the role
We are looking for a reliable Roofing Labourer to join our seasonal construction crew in Winnipeg. The role involves supporting residential roofing projects, working outdoors at heights, and handling materials safely.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials to the job site.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and debris.
- Operate nail guns, drills and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment on residential sites.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights and in noisy environments.
- Physically capable of handling loads up to 45 kg (100 lb) and performing repetitive tasks.
- Dependable, team‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transportation for travel to sites.
