About the role
Pristine Roofing and Siding is seeking a motivated roofer to join its Winnipeg team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The position offers early‑morning, morning, and day shifts, providing an opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial roofing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing materials.
- Inspect roofs for damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work safely at heights and follow all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in roofing or a related field.
- Ability to work early‑morning, morning, or day shifts.
- Proficiency in English or French as required by the posting.
