About the role
Join Saje Natural Wellness as a Retail Team Member at the Polo Park location in Winnipeg. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the healing power of natural plants and guiding them on their wellness journey.
Key responsibilities
- Authentically connect with customers and deliver the Saje Experience through product demos and personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate products inside and outside the store (GPOP) to raise awareness.
- Educate shoppers on 100% natural wellness solutions and make bold product suggestions.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment.
- Support store commercial goals by meeting KPIs such as revenue, conversion, and loyalty program growth.
- Complete visual merchandising, operational tasks, and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Comfortable working in a scented environment.
- Passionate about hands‑on community engagement and product demonstrations.
- Strong communication skills and natural ability to build genuine relationships.
