Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Team Leader to join our management team and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring visual standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and handling of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties, including breaks, time, and attendance tracking.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and employee training.
• Support hiring, performance management, and follow‑up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
