Retail Team Lead – Full‑Time

About the role

Kiokii is a fast‑growing Asian beauty retailer with stores across North America. We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to join our Polo Park location and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Provide clear direction, support and on‑the‑job training to store associates.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support staffing needs and align schedules with business demands.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key metrics.
• Help with store opening, setup and merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for Asian beauty products and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb.
