Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) with Sales Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing, territory‑based Retail Support Executive to bridge frontline sales execution and team leads. The role involves driving sales, delivering product demonstrations, and optimizing retail territories across Edmonton.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while delivering product education and hands‑on demonstrations for IQOS, VEEV, combustibles and promotions.
• Manage and optimise a designated territory, covering 1–3 retail locations per shift, building relationships with store staff and providing performance insights.
• Mentor Sales Brand Ambassadors, share best practices and provide on‑the‑ground coaching.
• Report sales activities, customer registrations and field insights accurately and support campaign execution.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of retail, field sales or customer‑facing experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence peers and work independently in a fast‑paced, territory‑based environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including travel within the territory.
• Physical ability to stand, engage customers and transport materials up to 50 lb.
