About the role

The Retail Store Team Supervisor leads daily operations at a Savers/Value Village location, ensuring a smooth customer experience and efficient store performance. You will guide a diverse team, oversee front‑end and production activities, and support community donation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑end staff, production crew, and community donation volunteers.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales performance by coaching team members and managing daily targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with nonprofit partners for donation intake and inventory management.
• Prepare shift schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
