Retail Store Supervisor (Part-time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join its Ottawa location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and visual presentation.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Comply with all Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
