Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor supports store leadership by creating a high‑energy, customer‑first sales environment. You will lead the floor team, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence in line with Kate Spade standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales performance, monitor KPIs and implement best practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and after‑sales service.
• Coach and develop team members, support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits and register operations.
• Manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages.
• Promote omni‑channel initiatives such as live‑stream shopping and brand‑safe social media engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and act as a brand ambassador.

• Ability to coach, give feedback and support team development.
