Retail Store Manager – LEGO Brand

About the role

As the Retail Store Manager for the LEGO® brand at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, you will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences while driving sales and upholding the LEGO brand values. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring operational excellence, merchandising standards, and a safe, creative environment for both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and high guest‑satisfaction scores.
• Maintain impeccable merchandising, visual presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee loss‑prevention, cash handling, and daily financial procedures.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage payroll for store staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators, conduct mystery‑shop evaluations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with peers and corporate partners to drive overall business performance.
