Retail Store Manager

About the role

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive store performance, develop the team, and ensure operational excellence as the brand expands across the United States. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end store business, aligning sales, customer experience, and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Monitor and analyse business trends, product performance and customer demand to inform commercial decisions.
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies and marketing initiatives to maximise sell‑through.
• Maintain strong communication with the Area Manager and cross‑functional partners regarding performance, risks and opportunities.
• Uphold loss‑prevention standards and implement shrink‑reduction strategies.
• Support RoboShop operations and coordinate with business partners when applicable.
• Champion a customer‑first culture using POP MART’s selling framework to deliver brand‑appropriate service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store presentation standards that reflect POP MART brand storytelling.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
• Plan and execute talent acquisition, including building candidate pipelines, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading store performance, team development and operational excellence.
• Strong interest in designer toys, collectibles and trend culture.
• Ability to analyse business trends, product performance and customer demand.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with Area Manager and cross‑functional teams.
