Retail Store Manager

About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Store Manager at Yorkdale Shopping Center in Toronto. You will lead a store team to deliver inspirational guest experiences, uphold LEGO’s brand values, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and coach sales associates to provide exceptional branded experiences.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales, NPS, and mystery shop results.
• Maintain impeccable merchandising, visual standards, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee loss prevention, cash handling, and daily financial procedures.
• Recruit, select, train, schedule, and manage payroll for the team.
• Handle performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Collaborate with peers and partners to drive overall business performance.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash management.
• Strong background in loss prevention, recruitment, and training.
• Ability to manage scheduling, payroll, and performance processes.
• Expertise in space management and visual merchandising.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
