Retail Store Manager – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our City Centre Pharmacy location in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, control and evaluate daily store operations.
• Plan and organise staffing, merchandise selection and service offerings.
• Assign duties, supervise a team of 3‑4 employees and volunteers.
• Recruit, hire, train and conduct performance reviews.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• 1–2 years of retail or store management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with proven multitasking capability.
