About the role

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator for our Stonebridge location in Saskatoon. In this full‑time position you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards. The role blends visual merchandising, back‑room management and staff development in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back‑room and merchandise processing.
• Provide clear updates to the team and ensure alignment with store objectives.
• Plan, prioritize and guide daily tasks, fostering collaboration among Associates.
• Train and develop staff on service policies, merchandise presentation and store procedures.
• Create eye‑catching displays that reinforce the brand and value strategy.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail or service experience with a solid understanding of customer needs.
• Collaborative mindset that promotes teamwork and positive relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills for clear information sharing.
