About the role

Winners is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead merchandise processing and store operations at the Mega Centre Lebourgneuf. In this full‑time position you will inspire the team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back‑room, and merchandise processing.
• Provide clear updates to the team, align tasks, and ensure store standards are met.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide daily tasks while fostering collaboration.
• Train associates on merchandise presentation, service policies, and procedures.
• Create eye‑catching displays to enhance the store’s brand and value strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail or service experience with a solid understanding of customer needs and store operations.
