Retail Store Associate – The Boardwalk

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates for our Boardwalk location in Kitchener. As a front‑line team member you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
• Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise, inventory checks and merchandising.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
