About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Winners team in Saint John on a temporary, part‑time basis. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in fitting rooms, stock the sales floor and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise and replenishing inventory.
• Participate in training and development programs to build product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
