Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, assist them in finding products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance, keep the area organized, and help customers with size selections.
• Support back‑room operations, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory displays.
• Keep the sales floor clean, orderly, and inviting for shoppers.
• Participate in learning and development programs to build product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a supportive work environment.
