About the role

Winners is seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates for its Semiahmoo Mall location in Surrey, BC. This part-time position offers an opportunity to engage with customers, support store operations and develop retail skills in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
• Support back-room activities such as receiving merchandise, inventory checks and merchandising.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and service quality.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Team-player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues.
• Adaptable and organized, able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn; no prior retail experience required.
