Retail Store Associate – Part‑Time (Northwest Center)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Retail Store Associate to join our Northwest Center location in Moncton. In this part‑time position you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions and assist them throughout their visit.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
• Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise, inventory checks and merchandising.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with good communication and listening skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• At least 18 years old and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
