Retail Store Associate – Part‑Time

About the role

INS Market is opening a new store on Portage Avenue in Winnipeg and seeks reliable part‑time team members. The Retail Store Associate will help keep the store running smoothly while delivering friendly service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient customer service at the front of store.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Restock shelves, organise inventory and maintain product displays.
• Keep the store clean and presentable according to franchise standards.
• Follow all safety, store policies and franchise procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a strong sense of reliability.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
