About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Marshalls team in Greater Sudbury. In this full‑time position you will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain merchandise presentation, and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks, and store cleanliness.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and retail skills.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn; no prior retail experience required.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
