Retail Store Associate

About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced retail environment, delivering friendly and courteous service to customers while maintaining the store’s appearance. You will help stock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure a clean, organized shopping area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products so customers leave with everything they need.
• Execute retail tasks efficiently, including stocking, labeling, facing, and cleaning.
• Perform hole checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Available to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and able to interact positively with customers.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift, carry items and use a ladder for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and solving problems on the spot.
