Retail Store Associate – Duncan Mall

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Store Associate to join our Winners team at Duncan Mall in Duncan, BC. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise is well‑presented.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks, and merchandise organization.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail skills.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required as training will be provided.
