Winners is seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join the team at its Airdrie location. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support customers throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, assist in fitting rooms, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support back‑room operations, restock merchandise, and keep displays attractive.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow retail skills.
