About the role

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our Winners team at Lynden Park Mall in Brantford. In this part‑time position you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their visit.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions and handle returns.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain a tidy sales floor.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks and merchandising.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail skills.
