About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Winners store in Barrhaven, Ottawa. In this part‑time role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support customers throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them in finding products.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions and process returns.
- Maintain fitting rooms and provide back‑room support.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized and well‑stocked.
- Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail skills.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
- Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a busy environment.
- Willing to work a part‑time schedule and undergo a criminal record check (18+).
